You can assign flights and their corresponding details so that the crew member is informed of their travel details, and also to keep track of the number of flights taken throughout the year.

If the crew member has an active contract, assigning flights will also update their flight allowance balance within your dashboard.

You can assign flights when scheduling leave for a crew member via the outbound and inbound flight toggles.

To add flight details, select the next option down ‘Flight options’

You can then type in the departure and arrival airport, date, time and further notes. These will be included in the email if you choose to notify the crew member.
