The number of crew you select for your plan equates to the number of time sheets you can export in a given month.

So for example, if you have a 9 crew plan, you can export 9 individual crew member time sheets per month. You can export each crew members time sheet as many times as needed.

Rotational crew

If you have rotational crew, you would need to select a plan that enables you to export the maximum number of time sheets that you'll need in a given month. Bearing in mind that if you have, for example, two crew members rotating for the position of Chief Stewardess, you would need to have timesheets for both crew members within those given months, so the plan should include each of these individual crew members.

With that in mind, we recommend that you select a plan for the total number of crew that you have both on and off-board. This will ensure that you have the correct amount of time sheets available for when rotations occur within a month.

To consider additionally;

New / Departing crew

In the likely scenario where you have crew cross over with new/departing crew members, this will also create the additional need for additional timesheets to be exported for the new crew member and the old crew member. One plan increase would generally cover this on a yearly plan.
