If a crew member has logged days on their app but they do not appear on the dashboard, it will likely be down to:
The crew member is synced to another vessel
The crew members' start date is hiding them from a previous month
Crew member synced to another vessel
Crew can check which vessel they're synced to by clicking on the vessel icon at the top right-hand side of the calendar page on their workrest app.
Check the spelling and capitalisation of the vessel they're synced to.
If they're connected to the incorrect vessel, they can join the correct vessel by following the steps here.
Crew members' start date is hiding them from a previous month
If a new crew member has logged hours for a previous month, but they're not showing in the dashboard, check their start date by following the steps here.
Crew will not show in months where they were not onboard the vessel as set by their start date.
