There are a number of factors to consider when selecting the right plan for your vessel:

  • Total crew size. Each plan is priced for the number of crew members associated with the vessel. We recommend selecting a plan for the maximum number of crew members you estimate having within the period of your plan, but please read the following additionally.

  • New/Departing crew. In the likely scenario where you have crew cross over with new/departing crew members, this will also create the additional need for additional timesheets to be exported for the new crew member and the old crew member. One plan increase would generally cover this on a yearly plan.

  • Plan duration. You can choose between paying monthly or yearly for your workrest subscription. If you're required to maintain hours of rest records throughout the year and will have crew taking leave, we suggest going for the cheaper, yearly plan. If your vessel is not active throughout the year, and you're not required to maintain hours of rest records, we recommend choosing the monthly plan.

  • Currency. We charge in £ Pound Sterling, however you can pay for your subscription in your banks currency and the banks will handle the rest.

  • Product. Workrest is made up of Hours of Rest and Leave. You can choose to include both or an individual product within your plan depending on your preferences.
