You can see all notifications in the notifications area of the mobile app. To access the area, click on the bell icon in your navigation bar.
When there are outstanding notifications, the bell icon will have a small dot to indicate this.
If there are outstanding notifications, a pop up banner will also appear letting you know when the app is opened or refreshed.
You can access the notifications by clicking the notifications tab or by clicking into the ribbon. Alternatively you can dismiss the ribbon by clicking the 'x' icon.
When you are in the notification area, you will see the list of notifications and some details regarding the notification.
Clicking into the notification will prompt the action needed, for example an email not verified notification will action a verification email being resent.
When the action is to add a comment to a non compliant day, the notification will tell you the applicable date and when tapped into it will take you to add the comment for the day specified. If there are several days of non-compliant entries, each day will show as its own notification to action individually.
If you have no notifications, the area will still be accessible and show a message to let you know there is nothing outstanding.
You cannot dismiss action required notifications from the notifications area, to be removed the required action must be completed.
