Log Into Your Crew Profile
You will need to complete your profile information ahead of the payroll cut off in order to be included in the next payroll period. To do this, follow the steps below.
Log onto your account via the app, either on your mobile device or on a web browser. If you are new and need help with this, click here.
Once logged in, go to 'Navigate' at the bottom of your screen, and then click ‘profile’.
You will then be directed to a new screen and prompted to log in again, use the same details that you used to log into the app.
Fill In Your Profile Information
Once logged in you will see your name, department and crew rank. Under this you will see four tabs: Personal, Medical, Documents, and Finance
Note: If you are a Workrest Admin with Payroll permissions, you can enter the Personal, Medical and documents information for a crew member. Finance information must be added by the crew member themselves.
Personal
Some details are automatically inputted and cannot be edited here – such as your name and crew rank.
Medical
This is a free text box where you can input your relevant Medical information. If there is no medical information to declare, click on the button labelled nothing to declare under the free text box.
Documents
The minimum document required is a passport. Documents can be added by clicking on ‘New document’ selecting the document type from the drop down, inputting the required information and attachment containing the copy of the document. The image attachment must be JPG, PNG or PDF format.
Finance
Use this area to enter the bank account details for your salary to be paid into. To add the details, click ‘new account’ then choose the Banking Country and Currency of your bank account. Then input the relevant account details and click submit.
Note: If previously agreed, you can split your salary payment into two accounts. To do this click ‘Add Account’ and input the details for your second account and at the bottom you will be able to update the ‘split your payment section at the bottom of the details section for each account.
e.g., You are paid a 5000.00 salary per month, 2000.00 would go to account one, and the remaining amount would go to account two.
Please confirm with your Payroll Administrator, Captain or Management whether this feature has already been approved.
Making Changes
If you ever need to update your information, just come back to this area and make the relevant changes. Please ensure these changes are made ahead of that month’s payroll cut off, so that the team can update your details accordingly.
