Why you may be unable to find your vessel
There are three common reasons for why you may be unable to find your vessel within the workrest platform:
Misspelling the name
Misspelling the name of the vessel in workrest may prevent the search function from returning your vessel.
To ensure this doesn't happen, try various spellings of the vessel name.
Name has recently changed
If the name of the vessel has recently changed, our system may not yet have the updated name associated with the vessel.
To resolve, try searching for the previous vessel name.
The vessel is newly launched
If the vessel has been recently launched, we may not have it in the database yet.
In this scenario, you can create the vessel following the steps below.
Create a new vessel
You can create a new vessel directly through the search results page by clicking on the My vessel isn't listed link.
You'll then be able to enter the vessel details and save the vessel into the workrest database.
Once created, your vessel will be visible through the search functionality for other crew to join.
