If a crew member downloaded the app in September but then logged days in August these will not automatically be shown in the Month Review. But it's super easy to make them visible.
You can do this two ways;
Create a contract for them - article; click here
or
Amend their 'Start date', via the Settings : Users page, click their name , then the ‘Assignment’ tab, now ‘Start date’.
