The following deals with crew that were accidentally terminated and crew that are returning to the vessel after having been correctly removed.
If you have removed a crew member by assigning a termination date and would like to remove that. Please follow the below;
Go to the Settings : Users page, select ‘Previous’, in the top filter, middle. Now click on the user in question, and select the ‘Assignment’ tab, and click the ‘Clear’ option.
If you removed them and they left the vessel for a period of time and are now re-joining, please follow;
In the crew members app, tap top left where the vessel icon is, then bottom ‘Join a new vessel’
Re-enter the dept/position and re-enter the vessel name.
This will re-join them to the vessel, if you need to amend their start date, click on them on the Settings : Users page then select the ‘Assignment’ tab and edit their 'Start date'.
