When a new crew member joins the vessel, there is a notification that can be set up to be triggered to a set admin.

This only needs to be turned on once (per vessel), as it's a vessel setting.

Go to the Settings : Notifications page.

Select;

1. 'Yes',

2. 'Whom'

3. 'Save'
