You can use the day selector icons at the bottom of your screen to select the type of day you'd like to log.
When you select a day or range of days to log, the day selector tool bar will appear at the bottom of your screen giving you options for the type of day you'd like to log.
Using the icons on the toolbar, you can select to log:
An off day
A rest day
A work profile (this will open a list of your saved work profiles)
Or select to enter your hours (this will open the day entry screen)
You can also hit the cancel icon to unselect the day which will return the original navigation toolbar.
