As an Admin with Payroll access you will be able to see all payroll information through the Voly Crew dashboard. You will not be able to oversee payroll through the Voly Crew App.
New User
If you have not used Voly Crew before, once you are added to the platform you will see a welcome email like the one below.
When you click Join Now, you will be redirected to the Voly Crew platform where you will create your password.
Once you have created your password you will be prompted to download the Voly Crew App.
Select not now to be taken to the Vessel dashboard.
Returning User
To access this navigate to the Voly Portal and then select Vessel Admin Login under Voly Crew and enter your login details.
If you have forgotten your password click the forgot password button on the login page and follow the steps as prompted.
Note: Whilst crew members can login to the dashboard, they will only be able to see and manage their own profile information. If you would like another Crew member to have Admin permissions, please email Implementation@voly.com for assistance.
Logged in
Once logged in you will be able to see your vessel dashboard and use the side navigation bar to navigate through the different areas of the platform.
